Who We Are

DanceWorks & Co. is a dance company which thrives on an eclectic program, so that each individual dancer is provided with a challenging and rewarding experience.

How to Become a Member

Dancers are selected by audition only and must be committed to serious dance training. They are trained in Modern, Ballet, Jazz and Choreography. The Company is given the opportunity to work with professional choreographers as well as experimental choreography on their own.

Where We Perform

Broadway Dance Center, Young Performance Outlet, 1st Montclair House, Kessler Institute, Englewood Actors Home, Disney World Florida, Great Adventure, various schools in Essex County and Hudson County, Mother Seton Residence, Daughters of Miriam, Green Hill Retirement Home, and outdoor performances in community fund raising events throughout Essex County!

All performances are free of charge. DanceWorks strongly believes in community out reach and may be scheduled to perform at future fund raising events, nursing/retirement homes, educational facilities and outdoor venues. The DanceWorks & Co. Teen Touring Company has been invited by The American Alliance of Performing Arts Educator (www.aapae.org) to perform and appear on world class stages. The American Alliance (AAPAE) offers access to normally unattainable venues for groups to strengthen their programs and reward performance for its own sake.

Upcoming Performances:

Danceworks & Company has been invited to perform in London during the Summer Olympics 2012! We are signed, and ready to go! August 1-7, 2012 and are scheduled to perform at The Warwick Castle!
