Hugs, smiles, tears, separation anxiety, butterflies in tummies, new friends, new teachers, new asks, challenges, FUN & DANCE!

As we approach our 29th season of dance, we want to welcome all of our returning students and new dancers into our home at 127 Grove Street (REAR ENTRANCE).

At DanceWorks, we embrace it ALL! Every child enters our studio with a different ask, a different level of excitement and their own curiosity. My staff is truly excited to meet our new students, welcome back familiar faces and begin preparing everyone for a fabulous season of DANCE!

We ask that all students arrive properly dressed for class with hair pulled back and off their faces. Our dress code can be found HERE.

All dancewear and shoes can be purchased at Capezio (1651 NJ-23, Wayne, NJ 07470), and DanceWorks families will receive an EXCLUSIVE 25% DISCOUNT Tuesday through Saturday, September 8–12!

During the first two weeks of classes, our teachers will take time to assess each student while revisiting familiar technique. This allows everyone to settle in, get comfortable and creates a beautiful foundation for the overall flow and growth of each class as our season moves forward.

We are here to encourage our dancers to be the BEST versions of themselves, both on and off the dance floor!

Our classes from toddler through age 9 have assistants in each class. Our dancers will quickly get to know and LOVE them! These “big sister” relationships are one of the very special bonds we thrive on at DanceWorks. They create connection, confidence and a beautiful sense of community within our studio.

We cannot wait to welcome you ALL into our DanceWorks dance family!

A Few Important Reminders:

  • PARKING & ENTRANCE ARE IN THE REAR OF THE BUILDING.

  • WE ARE A DROP-OFF & PICK-UP STUDIO.

  • Students may be dropped off 5–10 minutes prior to the start of class.

  • Proper dance attire is required for all classes.

  • Hair should be pulled back and off the face for all classes.
